Applications ~
Our application process requires that you personally meet with the Director and get a tour of our school.

**Our wait list is currently closed and there will be no more
tours for the wait list until further notice.**

Tuition ~
Tuition fees depend on the chosen yearly contract and income level discussed with each applicant.

*We welcome families from moderate to low income families. DELC maintains a 51% mod/low school population.

Toddler Contracts (18 mos - 2.5)
3/4 day is 7:30 - 3:30
Full day is 7:30 - 5:30

Preschool Contracts (2.5 - 5.5)
1/2 day is 7:30 - 12:30
3/4 day is 7:30 - 3:30
Full day is 7:30 - 5:30

Tuition is an annual tuition rate divided over nine months for your convenience. Tuition remains constant each month regardless of school closures, personal vacations or the child's attendance. Since DELC income is largely tuition based, this constant tuition enables us to provide a higher quality program and to keep teacher-student ratio low.

    
       
       
  Billing and Late Payments ~
Late pickups will encur a $3 per minute charge added to the next tuition invoice. Tuition is to be paid 10 days upon receipt. If it is not paid by the 15th of the month it is considered late unless specific arrangements have been made with the Director. Any account that is more than 30 days late will be charged a late fee of $30.

Accounts that are more than two months delinquent will be taken to the small claims court or turned over to collections, and the child will immediately be disenrolled.

DELC makes every effort to work with families in particular needs. Alternative payment plans must be prearranged with the Director and/or small discounts may be prearranged with The Director depending on individual circumstances.
